Aleksei Archer is an impressive and versatile American actress and model with a birthplace in New York. Television personalities celebrate their birthdays on August 1st. After working for Larry Forgione in New York in France, New York and Los Angeles she also worked in Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot. She became the executive chef of Butter. Guarnaschelli made an appearance on the Food Network's Iron Chef America where she faced Cat Cora in the Farmers Market Battle of 2007. She also participated in the third place of the season to the winner of The Next Iron Chef, and has been a judge for the show ever since. She was a contestant and won in an episode of the Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. She was promoted to sous-chef in the kitchen of Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian following the 4th season of The Next Iron Chef. She joined The Food Network's The Cooking Loft With Alex Guarnaschelli in 2008, where she instructs a small class of students in how to recreate classic dishes.
